Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps published by Two Hearth, including Wovin, Aflame, Soiree, Duetto, Unfold, Twosome, Coorie, Onefold, Ulfah and Bestie (together, the “apps”). By downloading or using any of the apps you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms (including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

You own the content you create in the apps. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and sync that content so the apps can work — including sharing it with a partner you explicitly link with. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

4. AI-assisted features

Some apps include AI-assisted features such as conversation prompts and suggestions. These are generated automatically and provided for reflection and entertainment. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional advice — the apps are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical, legal, financial or religious guidance. If your relationship or safety is at risk, please seek help from a qualified professional or local emergency services.

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Disclaimers

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Hearth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the apps after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
