Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Two Hearth, including Wovin, Aflame, Soiree, Duetto, Unfold, Twosome, Coorie, Onefold, Ulfah and Bestie (together, the “apps”). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- What happens between the two of you stays between the two of you.
- We don’t sell your data. We don’t show third-party ads. We don’t use advertising trackers.
- You can delete your account and data from inside the apps, or by emailing us.
Information we collect
- Account information. The apps use Sign in with Apple. We receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address (or Apple’s private relay address).
- Content you create. Depending on the app, this can include answers, journal entries, plans, quiz responses, voice recordings you choose to make, and messages or content shared with your linked partner.
- Purchase status. We receive subscription and purchase status from the App Store so the apps can unlock what you’ve paid for. We never see your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
- Diagnostics. Basic technical information (such as app version and error reports) used to keep the apps reliable.
How we use information
- To provide each app’s features, including syncing content between you and your linked partner where the app offers pairing.
- To process the inputs you submit to AI-assisted features (such as prompts or conversation aids) in order to generate the responses you asked for.
- To maintain, debug and improve the apps.
- To respond when you contact support.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not show third-party advertising or share your data with ad networks.
- We do not read your private content except where strictly necessary to provide the service or where you ask us to during a support request.
Partner pairing
Some apps let you link with a partner or friend. Content you explicitly share within a paired experience is visible to the person you linked with — that’s the point. Unlinking stops further sharing; content you each created remains in your own accounts unless deleted.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to what is required to operate the apps.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account — including your content — from the app’s settings, or by emailing megan@twohearth.com from the address linked to your account. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
Children
The apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email us and we’ll help: megan@twohearth.com.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
