Common questions

How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your app name and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens there: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, pick the app, and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I link with my partner?
In apps with partner pairing, open the app's settings or onboarding and choose the invite option — your partner enters the code or opens your invite link, and you're connected. Both of you need the app installed.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app's settings and choose Delete Account. That removes your account and your content. You can also email megan@twohearth.com from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Something looks broken — what should I tell you?
Three things make a fix fast: which app (and the screen you were on), what you expected vs what happened, and your iPhone model + iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording is gold.
